跳 鄭多燕後 大腿後側 嚴重鐵腿 - 健身

原PO 平常有跑步習慣
一星期兩到三次 (6K~10K不等)
偶爾也會打籃球
所以應該不算不運動的人
前天好奇
跳了 鄭多燕 有氧舞蹈第一集
套完也不覺得特別累
可是 昨天跟今天
大腿後側超級痠痛
尤其是今天
請問各位
這是因為運動到平常沒用到的肌肉?
還是 已經是運動傷害了?
