跳有氧運動相關問題 - 減肥

大家好~
最近開始想要減肥,因此這一個禮拜開始在家跳有氧舞蹈。
發現在做左右跨蹲及左右側點動作比較大又快時,腳踝容易疼痛。
我會習慣用腳底外側去煞車,
這時就感覺腳底踩的鞋子已經牢牢抓住地面,
但我的腳掌外側感覺都要衝出鞋子了,
反而有種腳踝關節快要往內側扭到的樣子。
我穿【NIKE】RUN+ 2慢跑鞋,家裡的地板是磁磚
身體資料:163 cm , 體重75公斤
因為我之前很少運動,肌力很不行也很容易喘
我想請問大家這是因為我姿勢與施力不對,
或是我選跳的超乎我的腳可以承受的範圍?(我跳 pump it up ,youtube找的)
還是我應該換鞋??
