各位好
小弟在youtube上看到一個跳繩的短片

大意是:
1. (dont eat before you train)訓練完之後再吃東西
2. 使用有較重的手把的跳繩
3. 用HIIT的方式
4. 用你最舒適的跳法
5. 盡全力去跳
6. 手臂不要太靠近身體,以利快速旋轉跳繩
7. 堅持
訓練方式是,用衝刺的速度跳30秒,休息10秒,這樣重複八次是一輪,
每輪中間休息1到2分鐘,做幾輪視個人而定,做到累爆就好,隔天繼續進步,最終目標是
做30分鐘,一個禮拜3到5天,持續一個月。
這個小弟很想來試試看,大家覺得這個是不是可行或是有甚麼優劣嗎?
不過訓練前不吃東西真怕會負荷不了QQ
