跳繩到底該用哪的肌肉? - 健身

最近天氣變不好又冷了所以開始跳繩當做有氧運動
我照爬文裡的說明就兩腳一起跳這樣
然後用腳尖跳,或是該說前腳掌的部分
但是我發現這樣的姿勢除了小腿會痛很多天以外,也很快就沒力耶
我是有慢跑習慣的人,雖然不是多厲害但一小時跑個10k沒問題的
可是我跳繩撐不過20分鐘,也沒辦法連續一直跳不停
每次停下來的原因都是因為小腿沒力了這樣
慢跑時就有領悟到如果用小腿肌出力的話那也很快就沒力,所以就有調整用大腿去出力
可是跳繩我真的覺得很難耶,好像沒辦法用別的地方出力來跳
請問有沒有人可以分享一下心得呀...我腿好痛喔> <
