最近運動會選擇跳繩
先有氧30分鐘如跑步、騎室內腳踏車
接著再跳繩
跳一千下約花費15分鐘內
跳一百下會休息一下做伸展抖抖腿之類
想請問大家
我看板上有人都跳半小時或一小時
總覺得會跳到腳抽筋!
我的量會太少嗎?
