各位好
小弟目前22歲,沒有受過傷,身高175,體重83
平時都有在慢跑,都是30分鐘5KM左右
但是最近不時在下雨再加上天氣冷(之前還感冒)
所以想說用跳繩來代替跑步
我想問一下以我的身高體重,每分鐘要跳多少下,30分鐘才能達到之前跑步消耗的熱量呢?
因為怕說跳得太凶傷到膝蓋
所以來問一下有經驗or身高體重跟我差不多的板友們的意見
