這是板友po 的何守正蹲舉訓練
大家也看的出來他其實蹲的不夠深入
問題來了
之前我有po文問過推舉要多深
有的板友是說動作標準,碰到胸部深入一點
也有板友提供一種練法是推舉動作作一半,但是可以使的推舉重量較大,
以提供較深的刺激,(好像是叫高密度訓練嗎?)
看到蹲舉的影片時,
忽然想起
如果高密度訓練法每個訓練都可以套入的話
就是這樣嗎?(._.?)
以動作的一半完成度,來達到突破
雖然動作不標準?
可是重量卻是有持續進步,在某方面來講(只要不受傷)
也算是成功嘍?
不過以籃球員來講,蹲舉的訓練方法跟健美有沒有差我也不清楚
因為很明顯,健美先生的彈跳力..... 我記得是....還好.......
