忙季開始後,九點到公司,十一二點下班…
放心,這不是哭哭沒時間運動的討拍文
小弟改為六點半起床,喝pre+乳清,七點練到八點吃早餐(全麥麵包抹花生醬兩片+兩顆全蛋+豆漿)
八點半出門剛好…
一週練五~六天 這樣訓練量好像沒比較少?
午餐吃家裡帶的滷雞胸燙花椰菜五穀飯
晚餐蘋果芭樂四顆全蛋

這是7~12月,感覺變化不甚明顯…
其實上工前小弟也po過一篇討鞭文
那是是淡季,正常上下班
這個月才開始施行前面說的行程
然後這是今天的

基本上只練深蹲硬舉臥推肩推引體向上這五個動作的5x5
前三個動作重量分別是70 90 60KG
之後打算開始加入Volume或肌肥大的周期
請問各位巨巨
若以力量提升和身材精實為目標
有哪裡需要修正,或任何建議呢?
