不知道有沒有人跟我一樣呢?
我想練身體,可是每次做推的動作,我都會一直用到肩膀。
可是我是想練胸部阿,隔天二頭跟肩膀都會痛...好像沒練到什麼胸
就是我每次推都會聳肩..人家都叫我直接去看醫生了。
...我想練身體可是不知道怎麼改善Q_Q,希望善良的鄉民能幫助我
