時間不夠,該選擇重訓還是有氧運動? - 健身

我去年加入了健身房,
一直都有乖乖去運動...
夏天過後,就開始偷懶....
最近又開始回復去健身房....
一直有個問題....我想要減肥同時也想要練點重訓...
可是礙於時間不夠,目前我把各大肌群分開三天練...一三五...
二四就專心跑步....
可是我知道,想減肥就要多做有氧運動....我擔心一星期只做兩天是不是不太夠呢??
還是我應該要先減少重訓,專心跑步??
