關於胸下肌 - 健身

想請教各位
目前我有使用啞鈴做上斜啞鈴飛鳥來練胸肌
但是好像都只有練到上胸的部份(大概是鎖骨跟腋下中間的那塊肉)
(另想請教 上胸跟下胸的分辨方式為何..)
想請教各位要怎麼練胸下肌呢?
