肌肉好像感覺沒有彈性,是不是受傷了? - 健身

之前停隔一個月沒練,最近練了一下,其他部位沒事,胸肌部位卻好像出問題了!
大概在鎖骨下方的肌肉,雙臂張開感覺那裡的肌肉好像橡皮筋被拉緊一樣,隨時可能會斷
!(有點小痛)
現在已經過了1.2個禮拜了,感覺有好一點了,但是還是感覺快拉斷的感覺!
請問我是不是受傷了?
