關於腹肌的次數與部位 - 健身

目前為止,小弟自己規畫的菜單都還算滿意.
唯獨腹肌......
我在做完重訓最後會來作腹肌,
以往都是只作上腹20*3下
直到有一天請教了一個教練,
他給我了他練腹肌的菜單.
上腹20*3,下腹20*3,側腹20*3=總共180下
我實踐至今已有一個月,
坦白講從來沒有一次做完.
雖然我都用輪的,今天從上腹開始,明天從下腹開始,
但心有餘而力不足!
版上有神人可以標準的做完這180下嗎?
或是分享一下腹肌的菜單嗎?
