身體代謝順序 - 健身

之前高中一直以為能量代謝順序是
醣類>脂肪>蛋白質
最近修到生化下學期
交代謝的老師說
當血糖不夠時(飢餓狀態)
消耗順序是 肝醣>分解乳糖(糖新生)>分解肌肉蛋白質(糖新生)>分解三酸甘油
然後只有甘油才能做糖新生,fatty acid不能做糖新生,只能做TCA
之前我認為的順序可能基於能量的關係
但是身體好像更注重血糖的維持
因為糖新生是耗能反應,把其他東西做成糖,然後再糖解非常不划算,ATP產量也是TCA
比較多
所以一肚子餓到肝糖用完,就會開始分解肌肉囉XD
老師說做有氧才會分解脂肪
然後吃太多糖又會轉換成fatty acid
難怪減肥這麼難悲劇
有人也是跟我一樣有認知錯誤嗎
