關於深蹲動作 - 健身

請問一下我最近在做深蹲時
往後坐蹲下去發現我的背是直的,但是我的屁股是翹的,從鏡子上看就感覺屁股像勾勾一
樣...
這樣做下去感覺下背壓力蠻大的...請問要如何修正,有點抓不到感覺
Ps:我沒在管膝蓋有無超過腳尖,我只注意背是否有打直、全身是否有繃緊、重心在腳跟
