如題
小弟因為受了點傷所以在放長假
很好奇放長假時肌肉到底會有甚麼反應
假前總是很積極地訓練休息最多2天怕第3天就會退步
而放長假理應會退步,但是到底會退多少呢?
聽說心肺會退得比肌肉快但沒儀器也不知到底怎樣
退步是不是應該會有一定的限度
就像沒運動習慣的人一樣有一定的體能在呢?
很想知道現在放了3個月到底要如何重新開始...
有大大對退步這塊有研究的嗎?
