各位巨巨安安
昨天做啞鈴臥推時感受度覺的不錯
想說來做突破組
通常一組做9下
因為邊緣人都自己練
平常做突破的時後會減到6下一組
然後這次發現如果啞鈴可以舉到定位動作時
9下是做的完的 但就是舉不太起來
所以就有身體還有力 手舉不起來的問題
請問遇到這樣的狀況要怎麼突破?!或是怎麼訓練加強?
