我看了一本書叫做
青花魚教練 教你打造S身形
然後阿裡面有寫說
跳了健康操十年的阿姨都不會瘦的原因是
身體習慣運動強度的就不會變瘦
這是真的嗎?
因為自己已經習慣強度
每次游泳都由兩千(自由是一千五)
大概花一小時
平常也沒吃特別多
但是還是沒有變瘦耶
而且寒假沒游泳正常吃還變胖
現在開學一個禮拜至少運動四次
但是都無法瘦下來
真的很灰心阿......
