因為家人的椎間盤有點緊,
醫生說避免站立負重讓椎間盤惡化,
但因醫生說必須要增強肌肉,
以保護老化的骨骼,避免骨折
因此請問使用臥推椅,
除了可以平躺練胸肌以外
能夠練手臂、二頭或三頭及背肌嗎?
或許是趴著練之類的?
