之前有跑健身房,用的是網上推拉腿課表
停了兩年,最近又開始運動
自己家裡組了簡單啞鈴+槓鈴組
把腿的課表稍微改了一下
腿1.
槓鈴深蹲 3x5
RDL 3x8
槓鈴前蹲 3x8
槓鈴臀腿 3x12
槓鈴提踵 5x15
腿2.
槓鈴前蹲 3x5
RDL 3x8
槓鈴深蹲 3x8
槓鈴臀推 3x12
啞鈴提踵 5x15
可能是前三個動作太操核心的關係
最近無論深蹲後的前蹲還是前蹲後的深蹲,核心都會先受不了
目前還是想提升深蹲和前蹲的重量
那還有甚麼啞鈴/槓鈴的練腿又不大費核心的動作可以取代深蹲和前蹲的3x8啊?
