隨著年紀越來越大,
新陳代謝越來越差,
體重越來越高,
每次拍照都怪是拍攝的角度不好,
從不覺得自己胖,
就在身體漸漸反應出肥胖所帶來的影響,
決定這次一定要健康的瘦,
從今年4/18體重63.8公斤開始減肥,
跑步變成我的最愛,
平常什麼都吃,
不節食,
不偏食,
不挑食,
三餐正常吃,
宵夜有時也吃,
偶爾吃點大餐,
看著每個月緩慢下降的數字,
不急,正常的瘦,
就在2014年最後一天驗收成果的時刻到了,
站上體重機剛好是53.8公斤,
瘦了10公斤,
體脂肪也降了11%,
最開心的是連長期都不太來的生理期也隨著體重的降低變成每個月乖乖牌,
雖然還有進步的空間。
補充:
這幾個月全是靠運動(跑步&拳擊有氧)達成,
沒靠任何藥物,
且平常想吃什麼就吃,
沒特別忌口,
也從未吃減肥餐,
晚餐沒減量,
正常吃媽媽準備的愛心晚餐,
不計算熱量,
傻傻的運動,
傻傻的吃,
膚質很正常,
從未挨餓過,
雖然每個月瘦不多,
利用運動換來健康的身體,
發覺這樣的減肥好愉快 :D
