年齡:21
身高:162
體重:62.9-59.4
BMI:24-22.6
體脂率:29.8%-25.6%
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:1.水果一份+花椰菜+百頁豆腐(+香菇or紅蘿蔔)+無糖豆漿
2.水果一份+蔬菜起士蛋餅(椒麻雞蛋堡)+無糖豆漿(一個禮拜大概兩天這樣吃)
早點:蒟蒻乾+茶葉蛋兩顆(不吃蛋黃)
午餐:1.自助餐5-6樣青菜+番茄蛋+豆腐類製品+雞肉一小塊(剝皮)
2.滷味燙青菜2份+豆腐+豬肉片(不喝湯)
午點:1.關東煮(蘿蔔+杏孢菇+蛋+玉米筍)
2.茶葉蛋兩顆(不吃蛋黃)+蒟蒻乾
3.杏仁小魚乾+蒟蒻乾
4.subway生菜沙拉(加凱薩醬但不常吃)
晚餐:1.水果一份+燙青菜(花椰菜+高麗菜)+百頁豆腐(豆干)+雞胸去皮
2.水果一份+鹹水雞蔬菜4樣+雞胸去皮(偶爾雞排剝皮XD)
晚點:小番茄+芭樂(太餓才吃)睡前1.5-2小時吃
其他:水果每天不超過三份、豆漿不超過一杯、平常不太吃澱粉類(地瓜、綠豆偶爾吃)
點心通常是餓了就吃一點,偶爾會吃到燙兩樣青菜
日常作息時間:8-10點起床、晚上12點-4點入睡都有可能(念設計系阿q_q)
偶爾通宵會吃些小黃瓜、小番茄以及豆干
生活型態:苦命學生
運動習慣:一個禮拜固定會跑步4-6天,每天半個小時,心跳因為不知道怎麼測量,
所以沒數據提供QQ
跑步都跑2走1(跑兩圈快走一圈),都蠻喘的,盡量逼自己多跑一點,跑完
會走走路拉拉筋,有時候熬夜也真的很累QQ之前會做鄭多燕,現在都改跑
步較多!(考慮到心跳問題)睡前會抬抬腿期一下腳踏車這樣XD
我的問題:1.請問我該如何增加運動強度?
跑步時間拉長or加入有氧操?(因為有時候很忙所以可能只有這幾種方式)
2.飲食需要怎麼改變嗎?需要增加澱粉類攝取or?
基代由1341降至1306(3/26-5/21)
