三餐內容
早餐:1. 肯德基的粥 + 350cc低脂鮮奶
2. 早餐店的碎肉三明治加蛋(沒加生菜、美奶滋) +350cc低脂鮮奶
3. 飯糰 + 350cc低脂鮮奶
午餐:老媽昨天煮的菜帶便當(通常是兩樣青菜、一或兩樣肉加一點白飯)
如果沒煮飯的話,訂公司便當,通常吃宮寶雞丁加三道配菜,白飯吃1/3左右
偶爾吃抄手+燙青菜,或是早餐店的義大利麵
晚餐:通常吃老媽主的兩樣青菜、兩樣肉(通常是魚肉搭配雞肉或豬肉),偶爾外食
其他:幾乎每天都會吃點水果,大部分是半顆水梨或1/3個芭樂搭配點番茄
有喝飲料的習慣,之前幾乎一天兩杯,早餐一杯鮮奶茶,下午一杯鮮奶茶半糖去冰
現在努力戒飲料中,改成早上喝低脂鮮奶,兩天一杯半糖鮮奶茶
早上空腹時會先喝700CC的水,白天到下午間會再喝700CC,
晚上運動時也喝將近700~1000CC的開水
偶爾嘴饞時,會吃點小零食,幾片餅乾、一小片蛋糕、或是一份蒸餃,
油炸類不常碰,偶爾看電影會買一些
或是老媽去賣場可能會買一點油炸類的食物回來當主菜
假日有時會跟同事或朋友吃大餐
日常作息時間:晚上11點半到12點睡覺,早上六點半起床
生活型態:上班族,三、五會兼兩小時的家教,禮拜二晚上會去進修課程
運動習慣:
1. 大部分一週三次飛輪課程,時間一小時
通常一堂是熱量消耗、一堂是燃脂、一堂是肌力雕塑課程
2. 禮拜天通常在家會踩X-BIKE 一小時,然後做伸展
3. 之前也會去上塑身球有氧,
不過卡到上課時間,所以要等停課有時間時,才會增加在運動行程中
我的問題:
持續運動已經三年,不過體脂和體重高居不下,甚至每況愈上讓我很沮喪 > <"
飲食有漸進式的調整,2000CC的開水、低脂牛奶是近三個月開始逼自己實施的
因為改變喝水習慣,所以喝飲料頻率有下降,但是感覺於事無補
運動我自認為缺乏重訓,但是因為教練課程好貴,
又怕自己做重訓姿勢不對,所以一直沒辦法持續
但是這樣的生活型態讓我一直不斷的發胖
真的不誇張,短短一年十公斤都有了 QQ
我還有兩個姐姐都是瘦子,飲食型態都差不多,運動比我少,做的是瑜珈
但是還是維持著纖細的體態,
只有我一直不斷的膨脹,讓我好自卑 (她們一直說我做太多有氧了 > <"")
不知道是出什麼問題了,所以想請教版友,謝謝大家的指教 QQ
