我老婆最近為了塑身,買了一台健腹機,結果用沒兩個禮拜就變成傢俱的一部分了。
最近看到朋友分享的一段基礎伏地挺身教學影片,
裡面有示範跪姿跟拿椅子的動作,說是也很適合女生在家裡做。

我為了想再度激發我老婆運動的熱情,就拿這段影片來跟她一起做。
沒想到,做沒幾組她就放棄了......
想請問各位大大,這些動作是否是真的適合女生?
還是有別的動作可以讓剛開始健身的女性更容易上手的呢?
