這些觀念真的正確嗎 - 減肥

不知道這個可不可以在這邊討論
不過還是想知道一些正確的觀念...

上禮拜陪妹妹去了一趟小有名氣的診所
聽他們在介紹一些"他們的觀念"
說他們的方式是不吃早餐可以少掉八百卡!
(聽到這邊我覺得很囧 因為對我來說早餐要吃的到八百卡要很拼)
然後早餐就吃他們開的酵素配水喝這樣
之後午餐跟晚餐中間要間隔八個小時
接著他問到經期的問題
(我一直記得女生經期不正常
為了催經反而容易造成體重增加?)
可是這時候診所的諮詢師說了
女生經期不正常反而容易減下來
經期正常的女生體重反而容易增加....
(聽到這邊我其實有點想走人了...)
而且他有提到一點是照他們診所的方式
經期可能會變得更不規律
兩三個月才來一次都有可能
(他說這是正常現象)
我想知道的是到底是我的觀念不對
還是他想反洗腦來諮詢的人照他們的方式去減肥
一整個覺得怎麼跟我一直被灌輸的觀念都不一樣ˊ_ˋ
原有的認知整個被推翻了
