想請問一下,紅色區塊的部份
就是上胸,平常訓練的時候,上胸伏地挺身
也沒有偷懶過,啞鈴上斜推,也有平均操課
但是我摸起來還是骨頭,沒有什麼進步
倒是兩側跟下胸比較有明顯的成長,
請問我該怎麼樣加強訓練呢?
PS‧我都是在家練,只有可加重式的啞鈴跟斜板
