不知道大家身邊有沒有這兩種人
第一種 怎麼吃都不會胖
通常是超級無敵瘦子 而且搞不好也不太運動
男生女生都有可能
你就看他常常喊肚子餓
走走吃東西 喝飲料
食量搞不好還你的兩倍
但他/她 就是不會胖
這種我把他們歸類為腸胃吸收不良...
第二種 怎麼吃都會胖
我身邊有一個朋友 女生
她非常的愛運動
是那種可以跟男生一起打棒球 羽球 排球的等級
一個禮拜最少運動3次以上 兩小時
但她食量真的非常非常小
一餐最多吃 1/3個便當
不是假裝小鳥胃 認識兩年了
而且她只要一餐吃超過1/3個便當就會發胖了
其實有時候我滿疑惑
我有認真算過 她一天攝取的熱量
絕對不超過1000卡
而且她跟男生一起打羽球兩小時我相信至少可以燒掉300-400卡以上
但就是 還是會胖
這種體質又是怎麼解釋呢...?
