每次跑步要多少才有效果 - 健身

小弟幾乎一個星期有四天下班後都會跑步
每次大約都是國中操場20圈以上
我會兩圈正常速度 一圈全力衝刺這樣的方式跑
時間大概都是30分鐘左右
回到家 再用蹲式滾滾輪 分批到100下
想問想讓整個身體結實 這樣的運動量夠嗎
因為看很多版友好像一次都是跑10公里
不是沒能力跑 只是若是一圈操場200M
10公里要50圈 會.......很無聊........
有爬過文 並沒有相關資訊
所以想要了解一下自己是不是要調整跑步圈數
目前 175公分 體重65公斤 體脂很久沒量 目前不清楚
