早餐:原味蛋餅+白鰻頭+豆漿一杯 或
水煮蛋不吃蛋黃+白吐司夾起司+豆漿一杯
午餐:白飯少許+大量蔬菜(花椰菜、菇類、豆芽菜)+雞胸肉(煎)
晚餐:雞胸肉(煎)+白飯少許+統一無糖豆漿(綠色那個)
其他:下午餓的時候會再吃一些麵包(7-11購買的)

我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
因平常有慢跑習慣,最近冬天北部較常下雨,轉戰到健身房
慢跑起因是因為覺得自己體脂太高,雖然上面才寫18多
但以我身上肚子的那幾圈,我怎麼看都覺得這數字有問題阿...(感覺超過25)
這週去加入了健身房,一開始也是都以有氧為主
一天去健身房的時間約1.5個小時 把有氧安排45分 重訓約30分
但昨天遇到的教練,跟我說我其實不需要再做有氧,有氧暖身約5~10分即可
說因為我的肌肉量太少,可以先專注在重訓上會比較好
當下是有點疑惑,所以特地上來詢問板友們一些問題
1.我真的不用做有氧嗎?
2.我的飲食還有哪裡需要改進嗎?
3.與我身高體重差不多的鄉民,可以分享一下你們的腰圍嗎 XD
