開始重訓也已經一個半月了
幾乎是一個禮拜練六天
每天都會吃3片牛肉
還有3~5顆蛋(只吃1~2顆蛋黃)
還有很大杯的牛奶
練到最近兩天
忽然覺得全身酸痛
昨天還伴隨著頭暈
一開始以為是感冒
後來覺得不像
就開始懷疑是不是痛風
我的感覺是
背肌 三頭 二頭 有股很酸的感覺(不是重訓完那種酸喔)
我從未有過這種酸痛感
所以想來請教上版上的各位高手
