最近在丁乖乖工作
從9點到晚上23點
中間15點,會休息一個小時吃飯
會吃免費的炸雞胸跟炸雞腿,都有去皮
吃4塊,蛋白質大概100多,說很飽
蛋白質要吃到體重2倍才能減脂
晚上23點下班後要補吃嗎
