最近有想要減肥的念頭
目前持續3個禮拜了 小有成就
我自己看得出來肚子的肉有稍微變少一點
也變得比較結實
我都有爬文仔細看板娘 幫大家作飲食的控制
我的早餐午餐 都很正常的吃
但是有時候我早餐會吃昨天晚上沒吃的素食便當(我知道有點誇張)
午餐有時候會在一個便當或者是自製烤土司2片 夾起司+火腿(用蒸的)
大概就這兩個顛倒來顛倒去的
晚餐:會吃比較少 大概是便利商店39元組合(飯糰+優酪乳)
運動:跑步 45 MIN+重訓30~60分鐘
可能大家會覺得我的飲食非常隨便有爬文跟沒爬文一樣= =
但是我都這樣吃了.....我常常在飯後2個小時內就餓了....
我吃東西都會盡量吃到基代附近 1700 左右
可是我還是很容易餓 大家有沒有遇過這種情況 都怎麼解決呢??
