昨天因為九點半才吃完晚餐, 大概凌晨兩點半才睡
今天十點起來
快十點半吃了一晚地瓜薏仁湯+一盒市場涼麵
中午一點吃了大概150公克的COSTCO全麥葡萄核桃麵包
+一碗炒大白菜+一碗燙番薯葉加鵝油+一大塊牛肉+一碗筍子排骨湯
下午五點簡單重訓完吃了200克上面的麵包+兩大塊牛肉+一碗綠豆薏仁湯
好像有點太多了... 會嗎?
考慮晚餐要不要吃個蘋果跟蛋解決就好QQ
