這一個月都執行168,假日也沒破戒。
吃的部分 中午吃公司,晚上吃健康便當跟一杯無糖豆漿。慢跑跑3休1 ,現在是6分速跑4
700然後走300公尺,心率維持165左右
目前沒滿一個月,但滿一個月時,應該可以進入77 字頭。
