我的運動目標是希望在自己年老的時候可以行動自如,不需要常坐輪椅或行走緩慢,可以
保持一定的筋骨柔軟度、心肺能力與肌肉量,這樣才有體力遊山玩水。
而我本身是個希望能有效率運動的人,希望同樣的時間可以達到更好的效果,讓自己有更
多時間可以安排其他活動。
目前從各管道爬文綜合出的想法是,可以參考HIIT搭配瑜伽,不知道這個方向正不正確?
另外,有人看過或可以提供對於《一週12分鐘,高強度科學健身》這本書的看法嗎?
