自己放棄健身理由
1 覺得自己練不大隻,練了八個月沒什麼進展
2 很想喝珍奶、但是怕自己身材走樣
3 沒時間平常工作忙碌、平均要在健身房兩小時蠻累的
4 心力憔悴因為擔心自己體重、體型導致內心煎熬
5 睡眠障礙因為劇烈運動導致晚上睡不好
6 上班容易遲到因為前一晚睡眠不好導致早上起不來嚴重影響工作表現
以上原因決定退出健身
