本身就是是屬於易瘦體質 因為消化系統也不怎好 比較容易腹瀉
想增胖真的不大容易 想請問一種情況如果 晚上都吃飽了當然偶爾還吃點消夜
可是到了隔天 中午過後1點多才吃午餐 這段時間大概早上上一次小號 (量最多)
回籠覺到1點多又上一次小號 再去量體重掉了快1kg 這樣正常嗎?
通常吃了午餐又補回來 但是要增胖真的很不容易阿 感覺是尿尿就浪費了
要增胖的重量 實在有點灰心 大概一天只吃兩餐吧 不過也都吃很飽 沒辦法還是胖不了
