這樣的方式學重訓划算嗎? - 健身

目前已經有跑步的習慣 一週3-4天 至少4km以上
除了減脂肪外想開始練重訓
但真的不知道要怎麼開始使用機器
(怕施力方法和地方或是操作方式不對
爬了精華區有關動作和安排課程的資訊都找不到了嗚嗚
最近看到有運動中心推廣二月減脂方案
$3600 二個月體適能教室與游泳不限次數+健身課程和有氧課程各兩堂
我主要的考量點是那兩堂重訓課程
因為想學重訓+有教練幫你安排課表和教你操作機器
但因為下班時間不固定而運動中心只開到10點
一周會去3-4算好的了
如果是像我這樣想學重訓的新手該報一下嗎?
我思考好久不知道自己猶豫的地方在哪
希望板上的各位可以給點建議^^
