0505開始做飲食管理
體脂從28%降到22%,體重沒變
0702開始一天重訓一天有氧,除了經期休息一天以外,其天都是如此
到了0727照鏡子覺得上身有明顯差異,尤其是肚子
可是下身都沒什麼變啊
有建議如何讓下身看來不那麼巨大的方法嗎?
