小弟有把三餐拍攝下來
想請各位版友幫忙估一下總熱量
順便看看哪裡需要修改
早餐如下:

兩塊土司大量生菜水煮鮪魚拌黑楜椒粒飲品為無糖豆漿+130克燕麥+一份任意口味的穀粉
中餐為公司自助餐

圓盤直徑約長30公分
通常打菜的量大概就是這樣
當天12點鐘方向的主菜是羊肉炒青菜
但是肉已經被撈完了
一般主菜都是肉類
料理方式有滷或炸
會是雞豬也有可能是魚
飯的話有白米與五穀米(或黑米)可以選
通常都會選五穀米(或黑米)
晚餐就是自己下了班到外面吃

一碗榨菜肉絲麵(不加油蔥與味精,只加黑楜椒) 一份地瓜葉+兩個滷蛋+一塊大黑豆干

一碗滷肉飯+一碗蛋花湯+一份青菜+一顆滷蛋+一塊大黑豆干
之後會將滷肉飯改為白飯
菜也不會加油蔥(老闆忘了)
每天到公司還會喝一杯7-11中杯熱拿鐵不加糖
十點,三點,六點 都會吃一份水果
大致上都會帶兩顆奇異果(我都當成一份) 香吉士一顆(或柳丁兩顆) 芭樂或蘋果一顆
這樣一天進食的熱量到底大約是多少啊???
晚餐我真的有點難抓
