其實我的體重跟脂肪都ok
但假如我是屬於上半身瘦,下半身肥胖(上下半身真的差很多),
小腿都是脂肪的話
那如果我只有控制飲食,沒特別作"有氧"運動的話
小腿依然是不會瘦下來的(因為減脂要靠有氧才能消去)
這樣的觀念正確嗎?
(非有氧的運動一定消不到脂肪嗎?還是比較慢而已)
