重訓對跑步有幫助嗎? - 健身

之前有在運動
但都是一個禮拜三次快走40分鐘-1小時
冬天吃太多決定跑步效果比較好,採取跑三圈走一圈 循環三次
但是跑步時呼吸雖然很喘, 但不至於呼吸困難
但跑完第一圈後身體就明顯變很重!!!! 下半身幾乎抬不起來要拖著跑
完全是靠意志力撐完後兩圈..... 因為身體完全跟不上呼吸 太痛苦了...
好苦惱阿
想請教大家,我是否該去健身房"重訓"訓練下半身肌群讓腿部更有力??
還是不要管身體,就不斷跑個幾個禮拜 身體就會自然習慣??
很希望能跑起來,懇請大家給我意見。
