早餐:早餐店賣的蒸餃10顆+小杯黑咖啡,不加糖奶精
午餐:公司自助餐,青菜 豆干 主菜就煮魚或是烤雞腿(盡量不夾炸物),一小碗飯
晚餐:水煮燙青菜+辣蘿玻乾+荷包蛋+煎豬排約一手掌大小+小碗飯約120g
這是我家附近找到的一間店,他們的手法比較健康,不炒不炸。

雖然知道我的體重似乎需要先減一點再跑步,可是快走對我來說心跳率實在太低了
我想知道我這樣的運動量&頻率是否真的長久下來會爆膝蓋?
以目前持續約4周的結果來看,體重減了4kg,膝蓋還好沒有明顯不適。
