之前一段時間爬了文 發現重訓實在很重要
我想要讓體能變的更好
目前能做到的就是一周約4天的45分鐘慢跑.
還想再加強重訓的部份
在不去健身房的情況下 我想到了幾個"疑似"重訓的動作
想請教大家
1.坐在有把手的椅子上 兩手各自撐著把手
用手的力量將身體撐起來數秒後 再緩緩放下身體
2.停車時有時會移動機車 移動時儘量不要用拖的
而要將機車尾端抬起 再放下 = =
另外 一次爬二階樓梯會喘 是不是代表爬二階樓梯算是
腿部的重訓阿
