想問成功減重或是減重中的各位,這一個月來,照著版娘給的方式做,我的體重目前已經
掉了2.5公斤(從119→116.5),
吃的方面,是照著版娘給的菜單吃,睡眠時間:每天10~10:30分睡,最晚11點睡,
但是體脂肪沒什麼變化,內臟脂肪從20→19 降了1位數,請問這樣正常嗎?
