這一個禮拜的午餐我都自己做
請教這樣的便當哪裡可以改善?
我是女生,基礎代謝大約1250
星期五(就是今天)豆豆上忍不住放了一小匙椒麻醬……

星期四,2小塊雞肉和蒽蛋是前一天家多的,我必需把它們處理完……

星期一,糙米飯被壓在下面,水煮又沒調味的山藥難以入口,所以我放棄了……

另外,早餐我就是饅頭加蛋、大燕麥片、地瓜輪著吃,會再加一小把堅果
晚餐因為我下班跟著家人吃,大約3分之一白米飯,和盡量挑清淡,低gi食物,可以是說我一天攝取最多油脂的時候
