一日所需熱量=基代+日活動量+攝食生熱
我看日活動量板上精華區是寫基代*權重數
那是指一日的時間嗎?還是只有你在進行那
活動的時候而計算的呢?
以我自己為例子:
基代:1728 日活動量:輕度 1728*30%=518.4
攝食生熱:(1728+518.4)*10%=224.64
所以我一日所需的熱量=1728+518.4+224.64=2471.04
這樣對嗎?
若我 一日所需熱量+運動-所攝取的熱量=多消耗的熱量
2471.04+615(游泳)-1845= 1241.04
這樣我是多消耗1241的熱量嗎?有這麼多嗎?
因為我搞不懂運動是不是要額外計算,還是已經包含在
日活動量裡面了?我是想說日活動量就以睡覺以外的時
間來計算,1728*30%*70%=362.88,這樣會不會比較準呢?
ps:70%是指一日有16.8小時都在從事輕度活動。
還是直接基代+運動量=一日所需熱量就好呢?
請各位幫看這樣計算會不會很怪,謝謝啦!
