這樣運動量減肥夠嗎? - 健身

最近真的覺得身體負荷太大了,開始想減肥,心跳都衝到100左右
但是職業問題我是自營餐飲業,作息有點糟糕
一般來說半夜一點過後才能就寢
早上一個禮拜大約有2-3天要五六點起床
最近大概都維持著晚上睡四五個小時,然後起床工作+運動
運動是健身房1小時,其中腳踏車30分鐘,強度不一定,維持心跳140~150
然後30分鐘重訓,強度維持在20下可以瀕臨極限的強度
中午再稍微補眠,一天大概睡6小時,品質極佳
我是想通過有氧+重訓來增加肌肉比例來增加身體代謝率
這樣的強度夠嗎?
