運動完臉發白頭暈 該怎麼辦? - 健身

如題
就是每次運動完後 就會臉發白 頭非常暈
每次運動完都知道應該要慢慢調弱強度 不能馬上停下來
但像我去慢跑後(速度很慢的那種)就會想說採用快走方式再多走幾圈才停
可是一但開始快走 就會臉色發白 頭非常暈
不馬上坐下休息會昏倒的那種程度
幾乎整個人癱軟在地上
完全無法慢慢減低強度
做其他運動時也都會有這種問題
就是要減弱強度時 身體會有點無法支撐@@
想請問有沒有人也會有這種狀況?該如何改善
或是當下應該如何處理? 進食?喝水??
ps.本身有點貧血
