快跑與增肌 - 健身

好像年紀到了高中以上就會發現
認真的跑100m或者是200m的話 隔天開始就會痛個兩三天
我們知道
長肌肉的原理是 適當的肌肉刺激→肌肉破壞→休息(補充營養)→長大肌肉,
認真的跑這這些快跑 而痛是因為肌肉被破壞了嗎?
還是無氧運動累積乳酸而已~ ~??
每兩三天努力跑個快跑來增肌是可行的方法嗎??
